🔄 Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Sale or clearance items
• Lingerie, wigs, or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at the email above.
